Drying system
Straight to air circulation mode, the machine adopts steel aluminum composite radiator, radiator with steam and heat conduction oil heating, with the centrifugal fan directly in the bellows up and down in a hot air injection machine, hot air through bellows nozzles, up and down in the form of the high-speed jet stream, the stream into the veneer on both sides, the pressure of the jet stream can break the veneer surface saturated vapor layer, speed up the heat conduction, make the veneer heated evenly, achieve the best dry effect.
The transmission system
Vertical veneer from within the inlet into the machine, from chain drives the two rows of roller up and down motion, depend on the roller from the weight of the veneer, veneer through two roll and lee on the mouth at the same time, to achieve the effect of drying and the wrinkles, so this machine drying veneer level off, smooth and radiant.
Control system
According to customer requirements, manual, infinitely variable speed, fully automatic computer control system, can according to you need the veneer thickness and moisture content of the high and low, to adjust the feeding speed, the drying effect to achieve the ideal.
Our latest developed a new type of high efficient automatic control drying machine. The machine USES PLC for automatic control, the whole machine user according to the need of drying veneer thickness, humidity, instruction input control panel will be dry, PLC temperature inside the wind speed, feed speed, the machine for automatic management, and achieve the optimal drying effect.
Structure choice
Shape structure has a metal shell (iron plate, aluminum plate, stainless steel plate, etc.) rock wool insulation, the brick body. According to the conditions of your factory needs to produce, and can help you with the old machine.
